  • Fill and print the completed registration form then bring it to the office (Emma Wike & Partners at 88 Olu-Obasanjo Road) with your bank teller for an official receipt or scan both to info@emmawike.com for your official receipt.
  • A pin number would be given to you for the balloting/allocation of shop/stall.
  • The lease is for 25 years
  • The Price for Open Stall is 1 million Naira +.10% Agency and Legal fee
  • The Price for Lock-up Shop is 3.5 Million Naira.+.10% Agency and Legal fee
